The food at Sake was very good. The butlers did a very good job of accommodating our requests. The room was very comfortable, and the view was exceptional.
The food at the Mexican restaurant was not good. My wife ordered the lobster tail at Wildfire. The menu said 355 pesos, but we were charged 710. The waiter said, " My bad, I should have told you." The lobster tail was 2 oz, and the cost is 355 pesos/oz. This was not clear. Nevertheless, I paid the 710 pesos. Additionally, I was disappointed that the beach area was so small.

“Great trip”
This was my third time returning to this resort, and I came back because I knew they had an amazing staff. Once again, they exceeded every expectation and made my stay unforgettable. From the moment my trip began, the service was exceptional. Stephanie contacted me in advance to arrange my airport transfer, making everything seamless from the start. Ritik made sure my entire stay was flawless and was always available whenever I needed anything. Mr. Essafi took the time to personally wish me a happy birthday, which made my celebration even more special. My butlers, Wedinzon and Vianey, truly went above and beyond, showering me with thoughtful surprises throughout my stay. Their attention to detail made me feel incredibly valued. Our pool concierge, Guilman, always made sure we had the perfect seats by the pool, allowing us to relax without a worry. Abraham from the events team went out of his way to include me in all of the fun activities, making every day memorable. Isaac also took the time to make a candle with me, creating a unique experience I’ll always remember. Thank you to the entire team for making my birthday vacation so special. It’s the incredible people here who keep me coming back, and I already look forward to my next visit!

“Fantastic trip, would like to go back”
This was a very good trip and perfect for couples. Impression is a stunningly beautiful property with excellent food and provides a relaxing time with peace and quiet. The rooftop pool is where we spent most of our time and the quality of service was very high and incredibly friendly. Spezia, the Italian restaurant, was one of the best hotel restaurants I've ever experienced. Isla Mujeres offers the beauty of Cancun without the party environment, we were impressed. Many of the employees live on the island and they are proud of their home and excited to tell you about it. The catamaran ride back and forth was also fun and beautiful. We paid for the sunset catamaran and found that to be well worth it between the sights, entertainment and food and drink.

Prices fall sharply after the winter peak. In our price checks for three nights for two, all-inclusive with taxes included, the cheapest refundable suite cost $4,783 in early December 2026, $4,171 in mid-January 2027, $3,848 in mid-February, $3,276 in mid-March and $3,022 in mid-June. A Signature suite with a hot tub and ocean view cost $4,880 in December and $4,171 in January. Know what costs extra. Most food and drink is included, but premium items are not: one guest was charged twice the menu price for a lobster tail priced per ounce, and another paid extra for oysters. Early departures are charged in full.

The butlers and staff define the stay. Almost every review names its butlers, who booked restaurants and spa visits, decorated rooms for birthdays, set up a private wine tasting and even had bushes trimmed to clear a guest's ocean view. Guests praise the arrival by catamaran, the rooftop pool bar, an e-bike tour of the island, yoga in a temple above the sea and the hammam at the spa.
The setting is the other draw. Guests describe crystal-clear water, views across to Cancún, and a quiet resort where they always found a seat by the pool. Several had returned for a second or third stay.
The complaints are minor and specific. Two guests found the Mexican or seafood restaurant weak, one struggled to book the steakhouse, and two were surprised by extra charges for premium food. Others mention a lot of stairs, slow service in some areas, and few organised activities outside the daily schedule.
